基于遗传算法的医用溶液测定

摘要 目的:医用溶液对溶液中的颗粒粒度以及粒度分布都有严格的要求,因此需要对用于临床的溶液进行测定。方法:提出基于遗传算法的颗粒分布测定技术。在测定中,对有多个参数需要确定的数学模型建立了遗传算法的对应关系,并通过Matlab仿真显示算法具有很好的收敛特性。结果:对已知颗粒配成的溶液进行试验验证,标准偏差为2.78%,重复性为1.26%。结论:结果显示具有很好的粒度分布测试精度和方差。 Objective To test medical solutions used in clinic because there was a strict demand for granularity and distribution in medical solution.Methods Granular distribution was proposed based on genetic algorithm.The mathematical model was built with several parameters.This method was proved with a good convergence by MATLAB simulation.Results Verification test of the appointed solution had been done,the standard deviation was 2.78% and the repeatability was 1.26%.Conclusion The method in this paper has an ideal testing precision for granularity distribution and variance.
