计划移植技术在肺癌二程加量放疗中的应用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨计划移植技术在肺癌二程加量放疗中的应用。方法:选择某医院6例肺癌二程加量放疗患者,将一程放疗计划移植到二程CT扫描图像中,生成一个新的计划,评估新计划各相关重要器官的受照射剂量,并与一程计划结果相比较。结果:2个计划的射野参数相同,但重要器官(双肺、心脏)受照射剂量却有较大差别。结论:在肺癌患者肿瘤体积缩小后,各相关重要器官受照射剂量也发生了较大改变。利用计划移植技术可以实现个体化的分析,从而为二程加量放疗的处方剂量和计划设计提供参考。 Objective To discuss application of plan replant technique to boost radiotherapy of lung cancer.Methods Six patients with lung cancer,who underwent boost radiotherapy in our hospital,were chosen in the present study.The first radiotherapy plans were replanted to the second CT-scan images and new plans were obtained.The dose in the relative important organs in new plans was evaluated and compared with the first radiotherapy plans.Results The dose in the relative important organs(lung and heart) in the new plans was different from in the first radiotherapy plans,although their beam-field parameters were not changed.Conclusion The dose in the relative important organs was changed after the tumors reduced by several days treatment.Using plan replant technique,the dose would be analyzed personally and accordingly the prescription dose and plan design of boost radiotherapy would be defined.
