双激光标记法在肾母细胞瘤放疗中的应用

Application of Double Laser Marking in Radiotherapy of Wilms Tumor

目的：探讨双激光标记定位法在肾母细胞瘤放疗中的应用。方法：2009-03—2010-03肾母细胞瘤患者9例,均采用双激光标记法定位,每次患者治疗完毕后,测量位移误差。结果：在左右、头脚、腹背方向的摆位误差分别是0.6～2.5 mm,0.5-2.0 mm,0.4-1.6 mm。结论：双激光标记定位法提高了摆位准确性,同时有利于保护患者安全,值得推广。

Objective To discuss application of double laser marking in the radiotherapy of wilms tumor.Methods 9 patients were enrolled from Mar.2009 to Mar.2010.All patients were located by double laser marking.Every setup deviation for 9 patients was measured and analyzed after radiotherapy.Results The random setup error was 0.6-2.5 mm in left-right direction,0.5-2.0 mm in superior-inferior direction and 0.3-1.6 mm in anterior-posterior direction.Conclusion The application of double laser marking improves the accuracy in the radiotherapy simulator of wilms tumor.Simultaneously,it will help the patients be safety.This Method is worth to be promoted.
