提出制约野战医疗所执行非战争保障任务快速、有效出动的有关问题。根据野战医疗所在执行非战争军事保障任务的主要特点,对野战医疗所人员及物资进行模块化抽组设计与分析,解决了制约野战医疗所快速出动的相关问题,确保了野战医疗所能够随时快速执行非战争保障任务。
The restrictions in implementing the non-war military operations quickly and sending out effectively were proposed.Basing on the main characteristics in the implementation of non-war military operations by field clinics,the personnel and the commodity of field clinics were designed and analyzed to modularization drawing groups.The related questions restricting sending out quickly were solved,which ensured the non-war military operations could be implemented quickly by the field clinics.
