摘要 目的:分析监护仪使用过程中电极片灼伤患者皮肤的原因和解决方法。方法:采用循证医学的研究方法对引起灼伤皮肤的物理特性、电气安全、化学特性等因素进行分析和实验。结果:监护仪的电气安全合格,电极片对患者的致敏性呈阴性,电极片和监护仪均合格,患者皮肤灼伤多为电极片不正确使用造成。结论:提出防止电极片灼伤患者皮肤的注意事项。 Objective To study the reasons and solutions of electrode skin burning in monitor operation.Methods The research method of evidence based medicine was used to analyze the physical properties,chemical properties and electronic safety of skin burring.Results The electronic safety of monitor was qualified.The allergenicity of electrode was negative.The monitor and electrode were qualified.The incorrect operation was the major cause of skin burning.Conclusion The protection methods of skin burning were introduced.
