摘要
论述了以RCM理论为基础,应用故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)方法,通过对急救设备风险评估和故障情况的统计,优化急救设备维修策略,并以呼吸机为例制定了预防性维护检修计划表,使急救设备的维修质量管理更有针对性和计划性,可以有效提高急救设备使用中的可靠性和可维护性。
FMEA method on the basis of RCM theory was used to analyze and optimize maintenance strategy of first aid equipment by the risk assessment and the breakdown statistics of these kinds of equipment.In the meantime,preventive maintenance schedule of ventilator was given as an example.These measures made quality management of first aid equipments maintenance more target-oriented and planning,simultaneously,which might effectively enhance the reliability and the maintainability of first aid equipments in using.
