摘要
课程与教师调查(CIS)是美国德州大学奥斯汀分校学生评教系统的重要组成部分,是该校进行课程质量监控的主要途径,如今已发展为较为完备的体系。评教指标的合理设计、预调查的实施、学生权益保护、结果说明书发送等细节体现出评价的公正性与有效性,教师的主动参与提高了通过评教改善教学的可能性,这些内容对我国大学教学改革与质量提升具有一定的借鉴意义。
The Course-Instructor Survey is the University of Texas at Austin's primary tool for soliciting feedback from students about their courses and the faculty who teach them. The CIS has formed a relatively complete system and has many features, such as rational design of questionnaires and index, the implementation of early survey, protection of students' privacy, sending the results document all reflect objective impartiality of evaluation, and active participation of teachers enhances the validity of the survey. These can provide some enlightenment to our country.
