摘要
本文利用Zeta电位测定结果和沉降实验结果,讨论了氧化物陶瓷微粉悬浮液的稳定性能。得出的结论是调节介质的pH值,使颗粒间处于较高的静电效应,在此条件下加入高分子表面活性剂,使颗粒间又具有空间位阻效应,这种静电位阻效应可阻止颗粒间的团聚,使悬浮液处于高度的均匀分散状态。
The stability of oxide ceramic ultrafine powders suspending in liquid has been discussed by use of Zeta potential measuring and subsiding experimental results. The conclusion is that the particles may have higher electrostatic effect by adjusting the PH value of the medium and have steric hindrance effect by adding in the macromolecular surfactants on the previous condition,which prevent the particles from agglomeration,making the suspending liquid disperse uniformely.
