以糖和多元醇为主要起始剂,选择最佳的配比,在碱性催化剂存在的条件下,由环氧丙烷开环聚合生产低成本的硬泡聚醚新品种。该产品经ICI聚氨酯公司使用,表明效果良好。产品的各项性能均达标,可广泛用于冰箱、冰柜、板材等硬泡组合料。

A process of taking sugar and polyols as initiating materials, choosing an optimum prescription, and under a condition with alkaline catalyst, to get a new variety of low cost rigid foam polyether by ring opening polymerization of epoxy propane has been presented in the article. The using result is good as reflected by ICI PU Company. The product got qualified properties at all norms for rigid foam composite, such as, for refrigerators, freezers, rigid boards, etc.
