摘要
催化条件下合成阻燃增塑剂DCRP。
The process for synthesis of the new fire retardant and plasticizer using AlCl3 as catalyst is studied. The optimum conditions of the reaction were determined, anhydrous AlCl3 as catalyst, 1% (w) was used. The mixture was stirred for first esterification at 100100, second esterification at 170180. The total reaction time is 3h. Then the conversion of DCRP is above 86%. The formula of the object were confirmed as C36H3O8P2. The properties of the products were also determined.
