摘要
结合城中村改造的本质,通过利益相关者边际分析的方法,对政府、开发商、村民三个主要相关方的利益冲突进行分析,揭示出维护各自合理利益所在是城中村改造成功的必要前提。
Combining with the essence of villages inside cities transformation,through using the marginal analysis method for stakeholders,it analyzes stakeholders＇ conflict of interests among the government,the developer,and villagers,and discovers that defending their own interest is the necessary premise for villages inside cities transformation.
