开启桥自流平混凝土配合比设计及施工技术

摘要 结合天津海河开启桥主墩轴承基座及导轨墙二期固定系统施工实践,介绍了自流平混凝土的配比研究、生产控制及现场施工方法,实现了自流平混凝土的高流动性、高填充性、高稳定性,解决了施工难题。 Combining with main pier axis bearing and guiding wall fixation system at second phase construction practice in Tianjin Haihe movable bridge,it introduces mix proportion study,production control,and field construction method of self-leveling concrete,and realizes the high-fluidity,high-filling,and high-stability of self-leveling concrete.Thus,it has solved construction problem.
