According to the working process of establishing accurate engineering controlling network in the long and large tunnel of railway in some mountainous areas by using GPS location technique,the paper analyzes the key elements which influence its accuracy,and points out the channels for the solutions,so as to meet the regular requirement for the measurement of the long and large tunnel.
