摘要
玻璃纤维毡增强的热塑性复合材料(GMT)是目前国际上极为活跃的复合材料开发品种之一,它除了具有优越的价格/性能比外,更重要的是它可以回收利用,不会对环境造成污染。本文概括了聚丙烯基GMT材料制品结构设计、坯料设计、模具设计、温度控制、压缩模塑中需注意的问题,为PP-GMT制品的设计和生产提供一定的指导。
The composite of glass mat thermoplastic (GMT) is one of the most interesting composites in the world. Except that it has the superior price/property, it could be recycled and will not pollute the environment. In this paper, to PP-GMT, the problems in product design, blank design , tool design and compression molding processing conditions are briefly described. All these will provide a guidance in the practical product design and production of PP-GMT.
