通过对FID IC的概述,就FID IC合同文本中有关索赔涉及到的关键词及相应条款作了阐述,并给出了索赔程序,以指导实践,确保国际工程承包项目施工过程中索赔的顺利进行。

According to the survey of FIDIC,the paper illustrates the Key words：involved in the FIDIC contract and the respective terms,and provides the claim procedures,so as to direct the practice and ensure the smooth operation of the claim in the construction process for the international engineering contracting programs.
