摘要 合成2种聚酰胺6(PA6)的扩链剂,将扩链剂分别用于PA6的扩链研究,不同的扩链剂适合不同端基的PA扩链反应。随着扩链剂用量的增加,PA的特性粘数增加,但扩链剂用量超过一定限度时,扩链效果下降,但PA6原有的端基量下降。 Metaphthaloyl bis - caprolactam (MBC) and 2, 2' - bisoxazoline (BO) as the chain extenders were synthesized and used in the study of the chain extension of PA6 resins, respectively. It was found out that different chain extender was fitted to different end group in the chain extension reaction. With increasing dosage of the chain extender, the intrinsic viscosity of the polyamide (PA6) resin was augmented gradually, however, when the dosage exceeded certain limit, the chain extending efficiency was lowered while the end groups of the PA6 resin were still decreased.
