中国城市社区居民满意度评价体系的构建

Construction of evaluation system of urban community dweller's satisfaction degree in China

结合主成分分析法和层次分析法(AHP)给出一种合理的中国城市社区居民满意度评价指标体系构建方法。首先选取大连市5种类型社区467位居民为样本,对众多影响社区居民满意度的因素进行分类,得出三级指标,并利用主成分分析法提取少数几个关键因子作为二级指标,再运用AHP和专家调查法确定各因素在每一层级中的权重,最终获取城市社区居民满意度评价体系。

Combining principal component analysis approach and AHP,a reasonable construction method of evaluation index system of urban community dweller＇s satisfaction degree in China was presented in this paper.Firstly,it chose 467 dwellers in five types of community in Dalian as sample,classified the factors influencing community dweller＇s satisfaction degree,and obtained the third level indexes.On this basis,it drew a few key factors as second indexes by principal component analysis approach.The weights of these indexes were given by AHP and Delphi method, and the final evaluation system of urban community dweller＇s satisfaction degree was founded.
