摘要
通过在不同试验室用2种不同标样测定试样熔体质量流动速率(MFR),并对试验数据采用方差分析的方法进行统计分析,探讨了线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)标样用于相同条件下(190℃,2.16 kg)测定低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂MFR的可行性。并提出了将现行的LLDPE标样GSB G15003--1998用于该条件下LDPE和HDPE树脂MFR测定的建议。
This paper discussed the possibility of using LLDPE reference material for determining melt flow rate (MFR) of LDPE and HDPE under the identical condition (190℃/2.16 kg) based on the statistic analysis over the data acquired with two reference materials in different laboratories. A suggestion was made on using the current LLDPE reference material (GSB G15003 - 1998) for determining MFR of LDPE and HDPE under the identical condition.
