摘要 用聚氯乙烯与铜试剂二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠反应合成了分子链上带有多个引发基团的聚氯乙烯大分子引发剂,用此大分子引发剂引发苯乙烯单体进行接枝聚合反应合成了聚氯乙烯接枝聚苯乙烯新型吸油树脂。重点考察了接枝聚合反应时间和后处理对树脂性能的影响。 PVC macroinitiator with diethyl dithiocarbomate groups was synthesized from the reaction of PVC with sodium diethyl dithiocarbomate,styrene graft polymerization initiated by PVC macroinitiator under UV light and the property of the grafted copolymer were studied,and a new type of PVCgPS oil absorbing resin was synthesized.The effects of graft polymerization time and the polymerization initiated by BPO on the oil absorption of the PVCgPS resin were studied. The results showed this new type of oil absorbing resin had excellent absorbing ability to organic solvent of chloride such as chloroform.
