摘要
利用超声波把苯乙烯(St)分散到聚丙烯(PP)中,利用苯乙烯对聚丙烯的溶胀渗透,在过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)的引发下发生接枝反应。研究反应温度、超声波作用时间、BPO浓度、苯乙烯浓度等对接枝率的影响。并用红外光谱和DSC加以表征。结果表明:反应温度90℃、超声波作用时间40min、BPO浓度10%、St与PP的用量比为1∶4时,可得到接枝率为145%的PPgPS树脂。
s Styrene (St) was dispersed into PP by means of ultrasonic wave,and due to the swelling and seepage of St to PP,St was grafted onto PP by the initiation of BPO.The effects of reaction temperature,response time of ultrasonic wave,BPO and St concentrations on grafting ratio were studied and characterized by IR and DSC.The results showed when the reaction temperature was 90,response time was 40 min,BPO concentration was 1.0% and the composition ratio of St to PP was 1:4,the grafting ratio of PPgPS was 14.5%,and the graft reaction of St onto PP took place at the noncrystalline region and nonperfect crystalline region of PP.
