摘要
以ＣＰＥ作为ＰＶＣ／ＰＶＤＦ的增容剂，研究了ＰＶＣ／ＰＶＤＦ／ＣＰＥ三元共混新体系。对不同组成的共混物的物理机械性能进行了测试，分析讨论了ＰＶＤＦ／ＣＰＥ对ＰＶＣ的增韧效果和机理。结果表明：ＣＰＥ对ＰＶＣ／ＰＶＤＦ共混体系有明显的增容作用，ＰＶＤＦ／ＣＰＥ并用对增韧ＰＶＣ有显著的协同效应。当ＰＶＤＦ／ＣＰＥ用量比为２４～３∶１时。
s CPE was used as compatibilizer for PVC/PVDF blend and a study on PVC/PVDF/CPE blend was made.The mechanical properties of the blend of different compositions were determined,and the toughening effect and mechanism of PVDF/CPE on PVC were analyzed and discussed.The results showed the use of CPE could increase the compatibility of PVC/PVDF, and PVDF/CPE had obvious synergistic toughening effect on PVC; when the blending ratio of PVDF/CPE was 2.431,the toughening effect was the best.
