公安民警心理危机干预机制是指由公安机关建立的一整套针对民警心理危机预防、预警、处理、评估和快速反应的制度和运行机制。各地在管理制度、干预模式、危机评估和队伍结构方面还存在着诸多问题和不足,包括心理危机干预制度尚不健全、心理危机预防和预警机制缺失、心理危机评估过程重视不足、心理危机干预力量薄弱等方面。建设公安民警心理危机干预机制需要资金、人力的全面投入,需要各方的广泛重视和参与,需要通畅的工作机制来运行。

Mechanism of the psychological crisis intervention of policemen is a set of system and operating mechanism for the policemen＇s psychological crisis prevention,pre-warning,treatment,assessment and rapid response made by public security organs.There are many problems and deficiencies in management system,intervention pattern,crisis assessment and personnel structure in different areas.The problems include unsound psychological crisis intervention system,less psychological crisis prevention and pre-warning mechanism,insufficient stress on psychological crisis assessment,weak power on psychological crisis intervention.The construction of psychological crisis intervention mechanism needs funds and talents,great emphasis and anticipation of all fields and smooth working mechanism.
