摘要
卧底侦查是现代侦查手段的重要内容之一,它对于弥补普通侦查方法的不足有着明显的效果。我国司法实务中存在运用卧底侦查的情况,但在立法上还是一片空白。本文从我国卧底侦查的立法与实务现状入手,旨在借鉴国外的先进经验并结合我国具体情况,提出构建一套适合我国的卧底侦查制度。
Undercover detection is one of modern detection ways,which is effective in making up the shortfall of general detection ways.Undercover detection is also applied in Chinese judicial practice,but it is blank in the legislation.The author starts from undercover detection legislation and practice in our country so as to borrow foreign advanced experience combined with our concrete situation and puts forward building a set of suitable undercover detection system.
