毛脉酸模叶中有效成分提取方法的比较研究

Comparative Study on the Extracting Methods for Effective Components in Leaf of Rumex Gmelini

目的筛选毛脉酸模叶有效成分的最佳提取工艺。方法以毛脉酸模叶中白藜芦醇苷、白藜芦醇、大黄素及出膏率为考察指标,用正交设计试验优化工艺,并通过多指标综合评分比较3种方法。结果传统索氏提取法最佳提取工艺的综合评分为35.59;复合酶法最佳提取工艺的综合评分为86.41;通过提取原生质体得到有效成分的方法的最佳提取工艺的综合评分为92.17。结论通过提取叶片中原生质体得到有效成分的方法要优于另外两种方法。

Objective To compare the diffirent extracting methods on effective components in leaf of Rumex gmelini.Methods Use resveratrol glucoside,resveratrol,emodin and paste-forming rate as the indictator,adopt orthogonal design testing and multiple guidelines grading method to compare three methods.Results The grade of the best extraction technology of the traditional soxhlet extraction method was 35.59;compound enzyme method was 86.41;the method of extracting protoplast was 92.17.Conclusion The method of extracting protoplast is better than the other two methods.
