摘要
研究了(Co1-xMnx)2P(0.55≤x≤0.675)化合物的结构、磁性和异常的输运性质,发现其在低温下经历了金属到绝缘体的转变,外场可以诱导反铁磁到铁磁的变磁转变,并同时导致大的磁电阻效应。
Through research on structure,magnetic and abnormal transport properties of compounds(Co1-xMnx)2P(0.55≤x≤0.675),finds it experienced change from metal to insulators at low temperature.The external magnetic field can induced variable magnetic transformation from reverse ferromagnetic to ferromagnetic,and also results in GMR effect.
