农村远程教育与女性农民工职业培训互动研究——基于女性主义的视角

The Interaction Between Distance Education in the Countryside and the Vocational Training of the Returning Female Migrant Workers——From the Feminist Perspectives

农村远程教育在发展农村教育,促进教育公平上发挥了重要的作用,但由于各种原因,农民参与意愿和积极性不高。在全球金融危机风暴影响下,大量农民工包括女性农民工返乡就业,农村远程教育可以利用这一契机,强调女性视角,利用女性农民工精英性特点,对其进行职业培训,探索多元职业与就业培训模式,从而为农村远程教育创新提供活力,更好地实现远程教育的目标,推动农村经济的发展,为新农村建设服务。

Distance Education has played an important role in the development of rural education,promoting equity in education.But for various reasons,farmers ＇ will and enthusiasm in distance education is not high.Under the turmoil in the global financial crisis,the large number of migrant workers,including women migrant workers returning to employment.Distance education can grasp this opportunity emphasizing women＇s perspective,and use characteristics of elite of the female migrant workers.Vocational training and multiple career employment training modes can provide dynamic innovation for distance education in rural,which would achieve the goal of raising the educational level of rural women,promoting rural economic development,serving for the construction and modernization in rural areas.
