线状痣样型基底细胞样毛囊错构瘤

Linear nevoid basaloid follicular hamartoma:a case report

报告1例线状痣样型基底细胞样毛囊错构瘤。患者女,41岁。左侧颈、背部丘疹20余年,无自觉症状。皮损表现为数百个粟粒至黄豆大肤色或浅褐色丘疹,聚集成片,呈线状痣样排列,分布于左侧颈部及腰背部。皮损组织病理检查符合基底细胞样毛囊错构瘤。免疫组化:基质细胞波形蛋白(vimentin)、CD10、CD34均阳性,基底样细胞S-100蛋白(-)、Bcl-2(-)、Ki-67蛋白表达<5%。

A case of linear nevoid basaloid follicular hamartoma is reported. The female patient was 41 years old, complained of papules on the neck and back for more than 20 years. She had no subjective symptom. The skin lesions were hundreds of papules, sized from millet to bean,skin or brownish color, which formed several groups and arranged in linear nevoid pattern on the left neck, waist and back. The patient was otherwise healthy. The family history was negative for similar lesion. The histopathology of skin lesion was consistent with basaloid follicular hama,＇toma. Immunohistochemical assay revealed that stroma cells vimentin（＋）, CD10（＋）, CD34 （＋） ,basaloid cells S-100 （-） , Bcl-2（-） and Ki-67 protein 〈 5%.
