白癜风磨削治疗后继发瘢痕疙瘩1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者 男，17岁。因左肩胛部色素脱失斑处瘢痕6年，术后进行性瘢痕增生2年，于2009年7月23日收入我科。患者2002年9月无明显诱因左肩背部出现色素脱失斑，面积增大。数量增多，无自觉症状。2003年5月在当地医院诊断为“白癜风”，予皮肤磨削术治疗并外用药膏（具体不详），同时VI服糖皮质激素。术后皮损处结厚痂，近3个月痂皮方完全脱落，
