摘要
目的:观察EP方案+加速超分割放疗在局限期小细胞肺癌中的治疗效果。方法:对339例局限期小细胞肺癌随机分为加速超分割组2次/日照射,1.5GY/次,总量45GY。常规分割治疗组1次/日,1.8GY/次,总量45GY,两组均在治疗的第1天同时应用EP方案化疗,共4个周期,21天为1周期,全部病例随访>5年。结果:加速超分割组无论在5年生存率及无复发生存率均优于常规分割组。结论:EP方案+加速超分割放疗在局限期小细胞肺癌治疗中能提高生存率和局部控制率。
Objective：To observe the EP program ＋ accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy in limited small cell lung cancer treatment.Methods：339 patients with limited small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two accelerated hyperfractionation group 2 times a day irradiation,1.5GY/time,total 45GY.Conventional fractionated treatment group 1 time per day,1.8GY/time,total 45GY,two groups were also in the treatment of the first day of the application of EP chemotherapy,a total of four cycles,21 day cycle,all patients were followed up more than 5 years.results：accelerated hyperfractionation group and 5-year survival rate of relapse-free survival than conventional fractionation group.Conclusion：EP program＋Accelerated radiotherapy in limited small cell lung cancer treatment can improve survival and local control rate.
