摘要
借助 D S C, I R,1 H- N M R 方法对搅拌式固相氯化制备的氯化等规聚丙烯( C I P P) 的宏观氯原子分布和微观氯原子分布进行了分析。结果表明,搅拌式固相氯化法能够迅速破坏等规聚丙烯的结晶,从而得到宏观氯原子分布均匀的 C I P P, 此方法制备的 C I P P 主要为等规聚丙烯分子链上的仲氢原子被取代的产物。
The structure of chlorinated isotactic polypropylene(CIPP) was analyzed by DSC,IR,and 1H-NMR.The results showed that the remaining crystallinity of CIPP disappeared completely when the degree of chlorination surpassed 45% and it would disappear at 40% when the reaction temperature inlater chlorination stage was improved.The structure of CIPP unit mainly existed in the form of —CH(CH3)—CHCl— when the degree of chlorination was lower than 42%.
