肝脏超声诊断117例临床分析

目的:探讨肝脏超声诊断疾病的声像图特征。方法:回顾性分析117例行肝脏超声诊断患者的临床资料,总结出肝癌、肝血管瘤、肝囊肿、脂肪肝和肝脓肿的超声图像特征。结果:本组共117例患者,检查结果:肝癌19例,肝血管瘤22例,脂肪肝51例,肝囊肿17,肝脓肿8例。结论:掌握肝癌、肝血管瘤、肝囊肿、脂肪肝和肝脓肿的超声图像特征,可协助临床医师做出正确的诊断。

Objective：To evaluate liver ultrasound imaging features of diagnose disease.Methods：retrospective analysis of 117 patients with routine liver ultrasound diagnosis of clinical data,summed up the liver,liver hemangioma,liver cyst,fatty liver and liver abscess in the ultrasound image features.Results：A total of 117 patients,test results：19 cases of liver cancer,22 cases of hepatic hemangioma,51 cases of fatty liver,liver cyst 17,8 cases of liver abscess.Conclusion：The control liver cancer,liver hemangioma,liver cyst,fatty liver and liver abscess ultrasound image features that can help clinicians make the correct diagnosis.
