多排螺旋CT对冠心病的诊疗及临床意义

摘要 随着影像技术的发展,多排螺旋CT(简称MDCT),如16排、64排MDCT,敏感性高,特异性高,具有无创性的特点,不仅能够显示冠状动脉狭窄病变,并且成为能够清楚显示冠状动脉早期管壁斑块的无创伤的影像学方法,在此方面优于常规的冠状动脉造影等其它影像学技术。而且可以在门诊完成,方便、安全、省时,
