摘要
应用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表面测试技术,详细研究了搪塑用聚氯乙烯(PVC)干混料在成型及老化过程中表面和内部的变化。通过对干混料中PVC粉料、增塑剂和热稳定剂的XPS表征,可以比较材料老化性能的相对优劣。
S In this paper,in the course of forming and ageing,the changes of the surface and the inner of polyvinyl chloride for enamelling plasticate were studied in detail,by using the surface test technology of X ray photoel ectron spectrum(XPS).By the XPS indicati on son PVC powder、plasticizer and heat stabilizer of polyvinyl chloride for enamelling plasticate,the relative superiority of ageing performance between materials could be compared.This study essentially reflected the structural cause emerging the performance differences of the material.
