摘要
[目的]了解护理人员情绪智力分布状况,探讨情绪智力与工作绩效的关系。[方法]对7所医院629名护理人员的情绪智力及工作绩效进行测量,探求情绪智力与工作绩效的关系。[结果]护理人员情绪智力整体水平较高;年龄、职称对护士情绪智力有一定影响;情绪智力4个维度与工作绩效关系密切;当情绪智力4维度全部进入回归模型时,能够解释总变异的27.6%。[结论]护理管理者应加强对临床护理人员情绪智力的培养,进一步提高工作绩效。
Objective:To know about the distribution status of emotional intelligence of nursing staffs and to probe into the relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance.Methods:Emotional intelligence and job performance of 629 nursing staff from 7 hospitals were measured.Then the relationships between emotional intelligence and job performance were probed.Results:Emotional intelligence of nursing staff was at a high level.Age and professional title of nursing staff had some impacts on emotional intelligence.There were close relationships between four dimensions of emotional intelligence and job performance.When all four dimensions of emotional intelligence were considered into the regression model,emotional intelligence could explain 27.6% of the total variance.Conclusion:Nursing administrators should strengthen the cultivation of emotional intelligence of clinical nursing staff so as to enhance their job performance a step further.
