摘要
根据阴离子聚合的动力学分析,得到引发剂、单体、活性基团、聚合物浓度之间的动态关系,并以这四个量为状态参量,以加入引发剂的浓度、加入单体浓度、流量为输出量,以数均分子量和聚合物的生产速率为输出量,导出控制模型。该模型经线性化、去耦后,置于闭环负反馈控制之下。
The dynamic functions between initiator, monomer, active group and polymer concentration are obtained from the kinetic analysis of anionic polymerization. From these functions a control model is established, with the abovementioned four factors as state paramters, the concentration of input initiator, the concentration of input monomer and the flow rate as input parameters, and the numberaverage molecular weight and the producing rate of polymer as output parameters. The model is linearized, decoupled and then controlled by a circular negative feedback controller to give a proportionintegral control system.
