摘要 研究了在共聚甲醛中加入Al(OH)3或Mg(OH)2后,产物的阻燃性及力学性能。结果表明:Al(OH)3加入量占共聚甲醛的60%时,产物完全不燃;Mg(OH)2的阻燃效果则较差。将Al(OH)3用铝偶联剂预处理后再与共聚甲醛共混,能明显改善共混产品的拉伸强度及缺口冲击强度,而不影响其阻燃性。加入硬脂酸锌可明显改进其流动性。二者并用可明显增加共混材料的强度及流动性。 Flame retardancy and mechanical properties of acetal copolymer blended withAl(OH)3 or Mg(OH)2 were studied. The results indicated that the acetal copolymer containing 60% Al(OH)3 wasn't combustible. Flame retardancy of Mg(OH)2 was inferior to that of Al(OH)3. When Al(OH)3 was pretreated with aluminum coupling agent, the notch impact strength and tensile strength of blend would be improved and their flame retardancy would be not influenced by pretreatment. When pretreated Al(OH)3 and zinc stearate were added to the blend, a synergistic effect with respect to strength and flow would be observed.
