摘要
研究了远红外丙纶熔体的流动特性和合理的纺丝温度范围,讨论了远红外丙纶切片的熔融指数与纺丝速度的关系。研制的远红外丙纶抗拉强度达3~5cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为35%~50%。
The melt flow properties and the spinning temperature range of far infrared polypropylene (PP) fiber were investigated. The relation between melting index of far infrared PP slice and spinning speed was discussed. Tensile strength of prepared far infrared PP fiber reached 35 cN/dtex and its elongation at break were 35%50%.
