摘要
采用引进的烃类蒸汽热裂解评价装置,对中国石油兰州化学工业公司乙烯生产中可供利用的原料(长庆、吐哈、库西石脑油和轻柴油)进行了裂解性能评价。结果表明库西石脑油的乙烯收率、三烯总收率分别比长庆石脑油高3%和3%~4%,比吐哈石脑油高约1%和2%,库西轻柴油的乙烯收率比长庆轻柴油高2%。
The pyrolysis performances of 6 kinds of cracking stocks (Changqing, Tuha and Kuxi's naphtha and light gas oil) used by Lanzhou chemical Industry Corporation were evaluated with Bench Scale Pyrolysis Apparatus (BSPA). The results showed that the yields of ethylene and three-olefin among crackate of Kuxi's naphtha were 3% and 3%4% higher than those of Changqing's naphtha, and 1% and 2% higher than those of Tuha's naphtha, respectively. Ethylene yield of Kuxi's light gas oil was 2% higher than that of Changqing's one.
