10万t/a合成氨脱CO_2装置技术改造

A technical transformation for CO2 removal plant in 100 thousand tons of synthetic ammonia factory

摘要 介绍了柳州化肥厂脱CO2装置由苯菲尔法改为活化MDEA法的工艺改造依据。改造后提高了净化气(H2、N2)和再生气(CO2)的纯度、降低了能耗,仅蒸汽一项每年就可节约700万元,经济效益显著。实践证明活化MDEA法是合成氨工业中极具竞争力的高效、节能脱CO2方法。 The technical basis to transform CO2 removal plant of Liuzhou fertilizer factory from Benfield method into active MDEA method was illustrated. It raised the purity of the purified gas (H2, N2) and the reclaimed gas (CO2), and reduced energy consumption after the transformation was done. When using the active MDEA process, the cost of saved steam will be RMB$ 7 millions every year. The economic effectiveness is remarkable. Facts have proved that active MDEA method is a CO2 removal method of competitive efficiency and energy consumption in synthetic ammonia industry.
