鼻出血的定位与治疗体会

目的:探讨鼻出血常见的出血位置,隐蔽部位出血及治疗方法。方法:对140例鼻出血患者的出血部位及疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:出血部位依次为:下鼻道穹隆部及内外侧壁59例(42.1%),黎氏区28例(20%),鼻顶嗅区17例(12.1%),中下鼻甲、鼻底13例(9.2%),中鼻道后方9例(6.4%),鼻中隔后端7例(5%),未检出出血部位5例(3.5%),多部位2例(1.4%)。
