摘要
在JLBM1零件分类编码系统的基础上建立了机床的特征矩阵,基于零件编码和机床特征矩阵以新的形式定义了机床相似系数,使得机床相似系数的计算可直接由计算机根据企业中机床的特征矩阵和零件的编码完成,有利于实现机床相似系数计算的自动化和机床分组的自动化。
In this paper the characteristic matrix of a machine tool is
established by the JLBM 1 classifying and coding system. Based on the characteristic matrix and
the code of parts, a similarity coefficient of machine tools which has a new form is defined. The
calculation of the new similarity coefficient can be done in the light of the characteristic matrix and
the code of parts in an enterprise by a computer. What the authors do here is favourable to the
automation of the calculation of similarity cofficient, and also favourable to dividing machine tools
into groups automatically.
