儿童泛发性Marshall-White综合征1例

A Case of Child Generalized Marshall-White Syndrome

患儿女,11岁,全身白斑1月余。皮疹表现为全身对称性暗红或淡红色斑,其间夹杂直径为0.5～1.5cm的大理石样淡白色斑点,下垂、加压或者屈曲肢体时红斑、白斑对比更明显,平卧或抬高患肢时红斑白斑消退。根据临床表现诊断:Marshall-White综合征。

Objective An 11-year-old girl presented with irregular pale macules over the body for more than one month.The patient had pink and dark erythema over the body.The small pale macules（0.5～1.5cm in diameter）scattered within the erythema.The erythema became more apparent when the limbs were pendulous or flexed and disappeared when pressing the erythema or raising the limbs up.The diagnosis of Marshall-White Syndrome was confirmed by clinical feature.
