子宫角成熟性囊性畸胎瘤一例被引量：2

摘要患者55岁，绝经2年，B超提示子宫底部中高回声性质待定来院就诊。患者既往孕2产1，孕2个月难免流产刮宫1次．足月剖宫产分娩1次。网子宫肌瘤定期B超检查，2009年12月，B超检查发现，宫内膜显示不清，厚约6cnl，近宫底部见中高回声13 mmX10mmX7mm，边界不清晰，
