摘要
介绍基于Anycasting软件的转向泵壳体铸造浇注系统的优化设计。利用该软件,针对不同浇注系统类型和浇注温度下铸件的充型和凝固过程进行了模拟、预测分析,并通过软件的后处理模块,直观地观测铸造过程中缺陷产生的概率及分布位置。经过比较和改进,得到铸件的最佳浇注系统,并应用于生产实践过程。
Optimization of gating system for steering pump shell based on the Anycasting software was conducted. Filling and solidification field of different pouring systems at different pouring temperatures were simulated and predicted by the software. With the help of post-processing module, probability and distribution of defects during pouring process were visualized. Through comparing different gating systems, optimized gating system was presented for practical production.
