摘要
针对厚度为3~4mm的6063合金薄板件,采用一模两腔间接挤压铸造的成形工艺,其模具设计的关键在于如何使金属液能平稳充型。为此,采取了加大浇口面积、提高压射比压和模具预热温度等措施。结果表明,当模具预热温度为250~300℃,浇注温度为740℃,浇口面积选择适当的情况下,成形的挤压铸件基本达到设计要求。
6063 aluminum alloy sheet with size in 3~4 mm was manufactured by indirectional squeezing casting with two-cavity in one-mold. A squeezing casting mould was designed to ensure the smooth filling of liquid metal in indirectional squeezing casting. Design of the mould was conducted.
