摘要
分析了球磨机滚筒的振动特性，指出球磨机前轴承座的振动信号可较好反映球磨机内存煤量的变化。设计了振频式负荷变送器，通过现场试验说明该变送器可在线监测球磨机存煤量。
In this paper,the analysis of vibration characteriistics of ball mill indicates that the vibrational signal of bearing in ball mill reflects the material level of ball mill.Through test in power plant using the load transmiter designed,the ball mill material level online measurement can be achieved.
