Computerized Monitoring System for 220 kV Central Substations in Shanghai Power Grid

目前变电站的常规配置使信息重复采集，自动化水平不高。认为中心站不同于终端站，不宜实施无人值班，因此提出了“计算机监控”这一名称，用于命名中心站的自动化系统，以别于“综合自动化”。计算机监控系统可以取代以往的控制、远动及当地功能。在探讨上海电网２２０ｋＶ中心变电站的控制模式和自动化系统的基础上，阐述了计算机监控系统结构、功能及性能价格比的优势。

At present,traditional configuration system of automatic system leads to duplicate data acquisition,duplicate equipment configuration,and low automatic level.Central substation is different from terminal one in automatic system.“computer monitor and control system”is named for automatic system of central substation to distinguish from“synthetical automatic system”.The system can substitute for previous monitoring,remote,and controlling functions in substations.On the basis of controlling model and automatic system of 220 kV substations in shanghai power network,the configuration and function of the computer supervison and control system,the superiority in performance and price are concerned in detail.
