摘要
阐述了暂态电压稳定、暂态电压跌落可接受和暂态功角稳定三者之间的关系,把电力系统同时保持暂态电压稳定和暂态电压跌落可接受称之为暂态电压安全,把电力系统同时保持暂态功角稳定和暂态电压安全称之为暂态安全。提出在同一次仿真过程中定量评估暂态电压稳定性和暂态电压跌落可接受性,把最临界的极限值作为系统的暂态电压安全极限。
The relationship among transient voltage security,transient voltage dip acceptability and transient power angle stability is clarified.Transient voltage security means that the system keeps both transient voltage stability and transient voltage dip acceptability,and transient security means that the system maintains both transient voltage security and transient power angle stability.Moreover,it is suggested that transient voltage stability and transient voltage dip acceptability be quantitatively assessed along the same trajectory.The more critical one between the two kinds of limits is regarded as the transient voltage security limit.The effectiveness and robustness of the proposed approach are demonstrated with statistical information from near 50 thousand test cases on two practical power systems.
