论企业发展规划研究

On Research of the programming for Enterprise Development

本文从系统工程方法论的角度来论述企业发展规划研究的一般过程、研究方法和数学模型体系。这种研究必须坚持独立性、科学性。其一般研究过程应该包含多重反馈环节,包含甲、乙双方的多次对话。在研究方法上,必须坚持定性分析与定量分析相结合,两者交叉进行、互相补充构成良性循环。文章介绍了由层次分析法,盈亏平衡分析、线性规划与目标规划、生产函数以及其他预测模型等构成的模型体系,介绍了模型体系及其各种模型的操作技巧。

This paper demontrates the general process of research,ths methods of research and the system of mathematic model of the programming for enterprise development from the point view of the methodology of systems engineering. This research must insist on independence and science.The general process of research must include multi-feedback loop and many dialogues between the first party and the second party.We should persist in combining qualitative and quantitative analysises in the research.The two kinds of analysises is requested to complement each other and to be done alternatively.This paper introduces the model system constituded by the analytic hierarchy process, profit and loss balance analysis, linear programming and goal programming,production function and some forecast models and also introduces the manipulation skills of the model system and its several models.
