摘要
介绍了我国600MW级机组锅炉的现状与发展。统计资料表明,大多数机组经历了较长的“幼儿期”,在此期间,机组运行不稳定,非计划停运次数多而时间长,可用率低。锅炉炉内结渣、炉膛出口烟气能量偏差及过热器、再热器超温爆管等是危及机组运行安全性和经济性的主要问题。根据大量的试验研究和实践经验的总结指出,上述问题通过锅炉炉膛与燃烧器的设计选型、煤质特性与燃煤管理,以及运行工况的优化管理等方面的努力。
Abstract This paper presents a status and development of coal fired 600 MW boilers in China.Statistics show that most of these boiler units have had a longer infancy during which many problems jeoparbizing the safe and economic operation of units were encountered,such as unstable operation,longer forced outage,lower availability,unbalanced outlet flue gas,over temperature tube burst of reheater.Based on huge test data and practical experi ence,it is concluded that these proble msmentioned above can be completely avoided or reduced through design selection of furnace and burners,management of fuel characteristics and combustion,and optimization of operation conditions.
